There are different field trips every month; some last a few hours, some are all day. We go different places and explore new sites all the time.

A fun, free program on the third Monday of each month, complete with a presentation (i.e., slide show or informational program by a leader in birding or an environmental field), coffee, drinks, and treats.

A subscription to our monthly newsletter, The Heron Herald. The opportunity to volunteer with an organization of like-minded people, who, like you, care about our environment and its wildlife.

Participation in local fairs, festivals, and environmental activities, as part of the Rainier team.
